Tarn is a land of flavors. Christiane combines freshness of vegetables grown in our organic vegetable garden, with local products bought in the surrounding markets, to prepare dishes with southern flavors. And don’t be surprised, our conversations may be interrupted by the passing of a hare or the hoot of the small eagle owl.
